Right of withdrawal

Products that you buy through this web store are made to measure according to the specifications you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

 

Complaints

We care about our products and therefore do everything possible to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport.

In that case, we would like to receive your notification of the damage as soon as possible, within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. It is important that you take pictures of the outside of the parcel in case that is damaged and of course of the damaged product itself. You can send these photos via Whatsapp to our mobile phone number, stating your order number or invoice number.

For other complaints you can email or call us. We will do everything within reason to solve your problem.

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing info@dutch-art-reproductions.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
