Classic with nails: See here how we varnish, stretch and handcraft a Dutch Art Giclée Canvas Reproduction in our unique style classic with nails. After stretching the Giclée canvas print on 2 cm thick stretcher bars, we finish the sides of this reproduction of Pam by Tein Lucasson in a traditional way; we use custom-made nails and hammer them in by hand for that old fashioned look.
Giclée printing: Our reproductions are printed on museum-quality canvas of 380g. We use a Giclée print technique that guarantees over 100 years of colour permanence. The HDR inks are sprayed on the canvas layer by layer, with 800 nozzles per colour x 10 channels for a total of 8000 nozzles.
Varnish: We then apply several coats of varnish by hand to make the colours come to life and to protect against moisture and UV light. The canvas is stretched by hand on stretcher bars made with timber from sustainable forestry.

Sweet, adorable Pamela has always had a talent for being able to grab the attention of a crowd and create some quite funny drama. Everyone expected her to become an actress or an opera singer. Pam herself had different plans. An ER surgeon was the dream job she wished for. She needed to act quickly and with a lot of knowledge to be able to save a life. The more blood that was involved, the happier Pam was. This kind of drama was enough to fulfill her needs, and she was satisfied to do some good to the world. Her opinion: The life of an A-list actress or soloist opera singer must be a very lonely one.
Tein Lucasson, Pam.
