Dutch Art Reproductions and the Rijksmuseum

This is a reproduction of a tile Mural from 1725 that hung in the orphanage in Sommelsdijk and is now part of the ceramic collection of the Rijksmuseum.

The original consists of 96 ceramic tiles "witjes" of 13 x 13 cm, for this unique reproduction we used 96 tiles of 10 x 10 cm, the total dimensions of the reproduction are 120 cm high and 80 cm wide.
